Nature of Digital Products
All products available on Classket are digital in nature unless explicitly stated otherwise. Once access is granted to a digital product such as courses, PDFs, or other content, it is considered delivered.
No Refund Policy (Default)
Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are generally non-refundable. Once a product is accessed, downloaded, or made available to the user, no refund will be issued unless specifically mentioned by the creator or required under applicable laws.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
– Payment has been successfully deducted but access to the product or service was not provided.
– Duplicate or multiple payments were made for the same transaction.
– Technical errors occurred that prevented access after purchase.
All refund requests are subject to verification and approval.

Creator-Based Products
Classket acts as a platform connecting creators and buyers. Refund eligibility for certain products may depend on the creator’s specific terms. However, Classket reserves the right to make the final decision in case of disputes.
Talent Premier League (TPL) Fees
Participation fees for Talent Premier League (TPL) events are generally non-refundable. Once a user registers for an event, the fee is considered consumed for event processing and management.
TPL Exceptions
Refunds for TPL participation may be considered only in limited cases such as:
– Event cancellation by Classket.
– Duplicate payment for the same event.
– Technical failure preventing successful registration.
Refunds will not be provided for non-participation, disqualification, or failure to meet eligibility criteria.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel participation in services or events where cancellation is allowed. However, cancellation does not guarantee a refund unless explicitly stated in this policy.
Fraud & Misuse
Any fraudulent activity, misuse of refund requests, or abuse of the system may result in rejection of refund requests and suspension of the user account.
